Shipping Policy
Every now and then, the things we sell take different routes to reach you. Some are kept in our own stock, while others are made especially for you by our production partners. This means that items in the same order may be prepared in different places and arrive separately.
Here's how it all works.
Getting your order ready
Things we keep in stock
Items held in-house are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order.
Made especially for you
Our print-on-demand and made-to-order items are produced by our partners, Printful and Tapstitch. Allow a little time for your order to be made before it sets off on its journey.
- Printful: usually 2–5 working days for production.
- Tapstitch: usually 3–7 working days for production.
Production times can occasionally be longer during busy periods, particularly around holidays.
Different parcels, different journeys
If your order contains a mixture of in-house stock and made-to-order items, they may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days. That's perfectly normal.
Where tracking is available, we'll provide the relevant tracking details as each parcel is dispatched. There's no need to worry if one part of your order arrives before another.
Delivery times
Once an item has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination and the fulfilment location.
As a general guide, please allow:
- UK deliveries: 3–7 working days.
- International deliveries: 10–21 working days.
These are estimates rather than guarantees. Remember to allow for production time as well as delivery time when ordering made-to-order items. Customs checks and busy periods can sometimes add a little extra time.
Postage and shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, taking account of the items ordered, their weight and dimensions, their destination, and the applicable delivery arrangements.
Where an order is fulfilled from more than one location, shipping costs may reflect the separate parcels involved. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Orders travelling overseas
International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes or customs charges when they reach their destination. Where these charges apply and are payable by the recipient, they are the customer's responsibility.
We have no control over local customs procedures or the charges they may impose, and customs clearance can occasionally delay delivery.
If something isn't quite right
We want you to be happy with what arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted or not what you ordered, please get in touch as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and, where possible, a photograph showing the problem so we can look into it promptly.
Where an item has arrived faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we'll work with you to put things right, whether that means a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution.
Made-to-order items may be subject to different rules for change-of-mind returns, depending on the nature of the product and the circumstances. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you have a question about an order or its progress, please get in touch. We'll do our best to help you find your parcel's way home.
